Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
with an Information Systems, Information Technology concentration or closely
related field is preferred.
Associate’s
Degree from an accredited college or university with Health Information
Technology background and two (2) years experience in the Health Information
Management or related healthcare field may be substituted in lieu of
Bachelor Degree. Experience in
information technology with previous work related experience and
understanding of data processing, business processes, and customer/client
management. Experience with electronic health records and in implementing,
developing, managing, and maintaining software systems. Experience working
with document management technology.
Knowledge of
HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
110332-P
Galleria area location. Ryan
White Grant Administration. Position will provide
leadership and guidance for statutory and ad-hoc audits of HRSA-funded
subcontractors, support overall subcontractor monitoring efforts and assist
in the preparation of prepared financial reports to the County and HRSA.
Will provide guidance and support in the resolution of complex audit issues
(e.g., statutory, policy and contractual questions). The Financial Analyst
reports to the RWGA Grants Management Project Coordinator. Requires
a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field. Certification as
CPA or CIA is a plus. Must have a minimum of two years accounting or
auditing experience. Other requirements apply.

SPECIAL PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR
110474-P Galleria area location.
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree from
an accredited college or university in computer science, information
technology, engineering, or business. Master's degree in above fields
preferred. PMP(Project Management Professional) certification issued by the
Project Management Institue is required. Minimum five years project
management experience which must include at least three years of supervisory
experience.
The Special Projects Administrator works under the direct supervision and
guidance of the Chief Project and Business Technology Officer. The work will
require initiative, judgment, and a sense of responsibility on the part of
the Special Projects Administrator. Must have a valid Texas Driver's
License and a good driving record. Other requirements apply.
