Protection of patient/patient
confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Harris County
Public Health & Environmental Services (HCPHES). Protecting the
confidentiality assures that our patients, families and
communities have the trust necessary to collaborate with us
regarding preventive services, treatment, and disease
investigation.

receive special HIPAA training that teaches them how to handle and
protect your confidential information.
