Learn How to Create a Healthy Home
Harris County Public Health & Environmental Services’ (HCPHES) Safe and Healthy Homes program is offering a series of four (4) free sessions to members of the Aldine community on how to improve the health of their home and family.
The sessions focus on the many causes of housing-related hazards that pose a health risk to children and the elderly. Participants will learn how to identify and correct housing-related issues that affect asthma, allergens and injury hazards.
If you are a senior adult, pregnant or have a child under the age of 6, take action to improve the health of your home and family by registering for this free program.
Sessions are held every Wednesday, beginning June 24th thru July 15th, from 1:00pm – 2:00pm at the Aldine Branch Library located at 11331 Airline Drive.
For more information on the Safe and Healthy Homes program or to register call (713) 439-6230 or (713) 439-6905. Also visit our web site at www.hcphes.org.
