Plans (blueprints) shall be 11" x 17" or larger. (Most architectural and engineering firms offer plans drafting services.) 2. Plans shall be drawn to scale. (An example of a commonly used scale designation is ¼ inch = 1 foot.) 3. Floor Plan
4. Mechanical Plan
5. Room Finish Schedule (Material, finish and color)
