Immunization Outreach

Effective March 29, 2010, operations of the HCPHES Immunization Outreach Mobile Team have been suspended until further notice.  Immunization services are available Monday through Friday at any of the HCPHES health clinics.  Please check with the specific HCPHES health clinic for hours of operation.
