Assistant Chief Financial Officer......Thomas Ricciardello
Formulates budgets and assures that they follow required formats. Assists in the development of grant budgets and special projects. Prepares salary budgets and monitors budgets. Controls expenditure and supervises revenue collections. Responsible for procurement and storage and serves as inventory officer.
Grant Accountant.........Wanda Curry
Provides full financial services to the HIV services section of HCPHES. Assists in budget preparation for the county and grant budgets. Processes travel claims and confirming POs. Does special reports such as the in-kind reports and the Restaurant Inspection Program Report.
Accountant................Jerley Mathews
Transmits fees for Environmental
Health , Veterinary Public Health. and third party reimbursements.
Assists in Budget preparation and monitors purchase orders and
encumbrances. Monitors budgets and Account code structure. Processes
receiving reports, purchase orders and request for payments.
Grant Writer................Cora Alexander
Identifies and acquires alternate funding sources based
upon priority needs as identified by strategic planning
goals. Writes grant proposals and applications and provides
training and assistance to HCPHES staff.
Ryan White Grant

Davis
Provides leadership and guidance for statutory audits of
Ryan White Grant Administration funded subcontractors,
supports overall subcontractor monitoring efforts
and assists in the preparation of financial reports to
the County and HRSA. Serves as a resource for PHES
grant funded programs.
