About Us

The Operations and Finance Division ensures technical and professional support for all HCPHES activities and sites through the following financial, operational and logistical activities: 

The Operations and Finance Division ensures technical and professional support for all HCPHES activities and sites through the following financial, operational and logistical activities: 

• Developing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenditures
   

• Providing department-wide grant development and proposal writing support
   

• Managing inventory and distribution services
   

• Coordinating human resources activities, including personnel recruitment and training, payroll administration and volunteer services
   

• Ensuring preventive structural maintenance for all department facilities, including administrative buildings, health clinics, laboratories and shelters
   

• Providing information technology infrastructure and support
   

• Administering Ryan White Title I grant funding for services for people living with HIV
   

• Providing centralized reception and administrative support for the Executive Director
